1. Perishable Goods & Shipping
Product Nature: You are purchasing perishable meat products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package on the delivery date.
Shipping Limits: We currently ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed outside of these days will be shipped on the following Monday.
Thawing: We ship with dry ice/gel packs. If your product arrives above 40°F, you must contact us within 4 hours of delivery with photo documentation for a replacement or refund.
2. Local Pickup
Orders selected for "Local Pickup" must be retrieved from the specific location chosen at checkout. We are not responsible for the quality of meat left uncollected for more than 48 hours after the "Ready for Pickup" notification is sent.
3. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for 100% accuracy, Alsager Meats reserves the right to correct pricing errors or weight descriptions. Because our cuts are hand-processed, slight weight variations may occur.
4. Loyalty Program
Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Alsager Meats reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
Alsager Meats is not liable for any health issues arising from improper handling, storage, or undercooking of meat once it has been delivered or picked up.
6. Marketing Communications (Email & SMS)
Express Consent: By providing your email address and/or mobile phone number via our website, checkout, or sign-up forms, you are providing "express written consent" to receive marketing and promotional communications from Alsager Meats. This includes, but is not limited to, "The Alsager Circle" rewards updates, weekly specials, and ranch-to-table news.
Email Compliance: All email marketing is conducted through Mailchimp and complies with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may opt-out of email communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link found in the footer of every email.
