Where does your meat come from?

We proudly source our meats from our ranch in Walcott, ND 30 miles from Fargo. We also partner with local farmers to keep our meat sourced within the tri-state area.


Is your beef grain or grass-fed?

Many of our offerings are grass-fed, pasture-raised, and then finished on grain. We live in a climate where cattle cannot be grass-fed year long, so we thrive to supplement the best nutrients to feed in the meantime. Our main goal is to feed the cattle well and maintain healthy gains.


How fresh is your meat?

All of our meat is butchered fresh in-house and we also receive regular deliveries from our local suppliers.


Do you offer whole animal butchery or custom cuts?

Absolutely. We specialize in nose-to-tail butchery and are happy to provide custom cuts, whether it’s for a special meal or a freezer order. Please call the Audubon store 218-439-6909 to place your order.


Can I place a bulk or freezer order?

Yes, we offer custom butcher bundles. They range in price from $50-$900. Contact us in advance for pricing, availability, and customization.


 Do you have ready-to-cook or marinated options?

We do! Check our daily selection of house-marinated chicken, sausages, and ready-to-eat pulled pork — all made with fresh, local ingredients.


I’m new to cooking certain cuts — can you give advice?

Of course. We love helping customers cook with confidence. Ask us anything — we can recommend cuts, cooking tips, and recipes.


Do you offer delivery or online ordering?

We offer pre orders with in store pick-up and are currently working on an online ordering system with shipping. Check our website or call ahead to confirm current options.

Do you carry poultry, pork or other specialty items?

Yes — our offerings rotate based on season and availability. We carry chicken, seafood, pork, eggs, cheeses, spices and occasionally wild game. Call or visit to see what’s fresh.
